We use Hubspot as our sales and marketing CRM to collect personal and company data to enhance our marketing and business development activities.

We use personal information to provide our electronic discovery services to our clients. This includes indexing, transforming, and analyzing data as well as executing our clients’ will on their behalf.
We may also use personal information to communicate with our clients and to send them marketing materials, newsletters, and updates on our services.
Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except as necessary to provide our services to our clients, or as required by law. In the event of a law enforcement data request, we will not respond without full cooperation and disclosure to the data owner (our client) unless that disclosure would constitute a crime. If any third party is in possession of cleartext, non encrypted human readable content. it wil be approved by the client in writing, or disclosed as a required component of the business arrangement described in our Data Protection Agreement, or DPA. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective.
